    Recommend it for couples seeking a luxury experience

    The room was magnificent, huge and spacious with a luxurious vibe. Especially Shigetomi San, were really nice too.

    It wasn't inexpensive, but the experience was satisfactory.

    We did not like anything about the hotel. The lobby is nice but the rooms and hallways where junky and had a bad smell. The rooms were very small and I had a terrible view looking at a wall out my window. The staff was not friendly at all. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

    The shuttle bus to the Station was excellent. Room service was great. Concierge was very helpful. All staff were polite and helpful.

    No facilities for children eg garden for sitting in or casual use of the pool etc

    All great except for some minor things - buffet breakfast was epic for 1,500 yen

    1,200 yen for an ice tea in the lobby - ridiculously expensive I waited over an hour for my room to be ready at 15:00. I had been travelling for over 24 hours so this was really disappointing
